“Outstanding, Exceptional, Memorable!!!”

Tommy arranged several services and tours for us during our April 2017 visit to Ninh Binh. I communicated with him via email prior to our visit. He was prompt and attentive with his responses. We booked transport from our Halong Bay cruise port to Ninh Binh. It was flawless. Midway through our travel to Ninh Binh the driver’s cellphone rang. It was Tommy, confirming with me a detail of our afternoon itinerary! He suggested we stop at the hotel on the way to our Ninh Binh attraction. At the hotel Tommy warmly greeted us, handed us water, and without worrying about checking in or payment, sent us off to our first Ninh Binh attraction! We booked 2 full day Ninh Binh tours with Tommy. Motor bike drivers Canh and Thuc were fantastic. Although they speak very little English, Tommy is only a phone call away. Tommy said, “They know what you want to see and do”, and he was right. Canh and Thuc drove the backroads of Ninh Binh, showing us village life, water buffaloes, fisherman, temples, etc. They are very safe drivers and know every nook and cranny of the roads, impressively slowing down at problem areas. During one tour we changed our minds in the afternoon. A phone call to Tommy and away we went! We also booked transport from Ninh Binh to Mai Chau. Again, another flawless trip. In hindsight, I wish we booked everything through Tommy, including the Halong Bay cruise and Mai Chau/ Pu Luong tours. I highly recommend, without reservation, booking any services/tours with Tommy. He really wants to please you and is a genuinely nice person. Too bad he’s married 🙂 This review is totally unbiased, as unfortunately I sadly will probably never return to Northern Vietnam, and would not benefit from any future services.

Thank you so much Tommy for helping us to have such an amazing time in Ninh Binh. We were travelling with such a tight schedule but you managed to organize it so well that we had the chance to visit Tam Coc, Hua Lu and Bich Dong. We enjoyed a lot our 100% Vietnamese food experience. Your driver Hong was really kind and helpful along our full day and even helped us till the last moment to take us to the train station.
If oneday I return to Ninh Binh we would be glad to meet you again.
