Staff, especially Tommy, were friendly and acceded to all our requests. We would turn to Tommy for suggestions on almost everything and his recommendations were all spot on in hindsight. In particular, we want to recommend the two motor riders who brought us on our day trip – Canh and Thuc. They were recommended by Tommy at USD18 per rider per day. Our riders were very careful with navigating bumpy and wet roads, brought us through quaint back alleys that gave us a glimpse of local life, relentless in finding photogenic spots for us to take photos, and gave us a memorable trip on an otherwise mood dampening rainy day in Ninh Binh.
