Pham Minh Tam, or Tommy as he’s known to his guests, was born in Ninh Binh in 1991. Tommy spent his childhood playing amid Ninh Binh’s rice fields and limestone karsts. As a teenager, he moved to Hanoi to study and began working in tourism for hotels and cruise companies. But the memory of Ninh Binh’s peaceful rhythms called to him, and he soon left the capital for his hometown …

He was very professional and prompt in his communication and organised an full day excursion for us, as well as our train tickets to Hoi An. Tommy arranged several services and tours for us during our April 2017 visit to Ninh Binh. I communicated with him via email prior to our visit. He was prompt and attentive with his responses. We booked transport from our Halong Bay cruise port to Ninh Binh. It was flawless. Midway through our travel to Ninh Binh the driver’s cellphone rang.
